If you have a CC&R you are allowed to make an 'occasional' import provided the weapon being imported is not classified as 'surplus military' firearms, and I have no Idea what falls into that category. You will have to complete ATF Form 6, part 1 and submit it to ATF. Probably takes forever, never having attempted it, again I have no idea.
