It's surprising how many thing are oriented to right handed people:
Musical instruments
Cameras
Power tools
heavy machines shop tools (lathes, drill presses, saws, etc.)
airplanes, boats, helicopters
kitchen utensils and appliances
scissors

and thanks to thoughtful engineers, so many of them have been re-engineered, too!
