Should I buy or should I say bye ...

Hello, I'm new in the forum and I have an important question, I need your experts help.
Someone propose me a non restaured, never modified or reblued DWM 1915 P08 for 1400$. It has more than 99% original blueing, all matching numbers parts.
The asked price is a little hot for me, but i think it has a very high collectable value because of it's condition.
I'm not talking about buying to resell and make profit on it, but buy it to keep it as the master piece of the collection.
Could i get your opinion on the value of that kind of gun? Knowing that I am in France and thoses toys are way more rare here than in the US.
