Post new member, probably old question

i have a german luger s/42,all matching,2 matching mags 95%(has some holster wear at muzzle),holster marked same year 1939,i have known the weapon my whole life,as my grandfather brought it back from europe, after ww2,have been told by other family members that at one time had a few pictures of a woman and child, and some other papers that were kept with the pistol, but i do not have those ,or do not remember them, also has a name inside the holster in lead, was wondering if there are any resourses on the internet to try and find out the who, what, and were about the pistol, i could care less of value,it is pricless too me,but would like too find out more about the pistol.
thanks for any input
