Awarded (see photo)the Order of the Partisan Star, 3rd Class, it was a military merit awarded by Tito for courage and dedication in battle. At the time it was the twenty-first highest ranking Yugoslav decoration.

In 1946 she was also granted the Partisan Memorial 1941, which was awarded to all fighters of the Yugoslavian National Liberation Movement who had served since 1941.

In 1952 Albina was awarded the Order of the People's Hero, in the category of Women National Heroes, which at the time was the highest award in Yugoslavia. Out of the 91 women recognised, Albina was one of only 19 who received the award while still alive.
