PPK Question

Any PPK experts out there. Need more info on this. Only markings are serial number on slide and frame. There is a eagle over the N on the slide below ejector port and chamber. Also on slide is Walther-Banner
Waffenfabrik Walther Zella Mehlis (Thür) Walther's Patent Cal 7,65 m/m. I think it's 1941 production based on serial number from website I found. Is magazine correct. Is this commercial or is it German police (matches some of the characteristics except for mag). Any info and thoughts on value range would greatly be appreciated. Am considering selling. Thanks.
