Post 1913 Erfurt with capture papers?

A person I do buisiness with on occasion has one of these. I'm no condition expert, but it looks to be original finish, maybe 80%-90% or better blue and good looking straw on the small parts, fair grips, matching #'s on visable parts, mismatched# wood bottom mag, funky brown leather holster that looks like it belongs to something else or hand made(does fit). I didn't think to check to see if it was rust blued. It also includes capture papers. Looks good for a 91 year old gun. He wants $1400 dollars for it(wants to do some trading I am disinclined to do). Which puts it out of my league for the time being. How does this compare to similiar Erfurt values? How much value do capture papers add? He wants me to buy it and is in no hurry to sell, but won't whittle down on price, and Stevie has squandered his money for a while.

Thanx, Stevie.
