Believe unit marking of 6. Div. 41." is 6th Division (staff), waffen #41.

Interesting marking "X'ed" out of "6th Dragoon (staff), waffen #41. Suspect because it was the same waffen number to both unit marks, the "X'ed" marking was an error and then corrected to the 6th Division.

As far as your question, "Possible to get an info about the age of the frame by this numbers?", frame #8223a, suggests that your Luger was produced in early 1915. More specifically, although you do not indicate whether your Luger is manufactured by Erfurt or DWM, Still reports that there are no known authentic examples of 1915 Erfurts so I assume yours is a DWM? And, also because Still reports that DWM manufactured 105,000 Lugers marked with the 1915 Chamber Date, is my basis for indicating an early 1915 date. Don't believe you can narrow when your Luger was produced any closer than this.
