Public Sale of Surplus U.S. Army 1911s

I never though that the Prez would EVER sign this bill into law. There must have been other things in the bill that he wanted more. Anyway, there will be a "herd" of military 1911s available to the right people. I am pretty sure that John Q. Public will not be able to purchase these.....only CMP folks. I wonder what will happen to the market/price of those currently owned? I guess a lot depends on what condition these 1911s are in.
