WTB REPRO Artillery Rear Sight Assy

I'm thinking of using a EER Pistol Scope that I have that is very similar to the Thompson Center LOBO , only much smaller , about the size of my middle finger . It uses the same mounting system , recoil proof rail mount , the base of it would need to be modifies to fit the rear sight dovetail . The eye / sight picture alignment seems to be very critical to get a good sight picture . I don't know if would be legal to use a stock with this type of setup though ? Thoughts ?
