Here's an example of what else is out there. http://www.ebay.com/itm/261232810259...84.m1439.l2649 Not bragging, but I just won these. As with yours, they need a bit of work to be presentable; but they were very economical for a set of original grips, and their blemishes can be readily addressed. The Swiss style is the same as the '06, so these should fit. But last year I discovered that there might be a small difference in grips which would fit an old model, long frame, and the shorter, new model frame. Has anyone else encountered this?

Those Thai grips on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/GERMAN-WEHRM...item4173dec3a1 have always looked weird to me. I just figured out why--the front lines of the grips should be straight, from the top front corners down to where the frame swells at the bottom, but these are concave, giving the grips a rather vase-shaped outline...
