Wm. "Pete" Ebbink Guest Posts: n/a	Fakes & Appraisals...The NAPCA ? Followed the threads regarding fakes, appraisals, and certifications over the past few days... Has anyone used the appraisal service, for a luger, that is offered through NAPCA (see their web-site : napca.net) ? Who does the appraisals for NAPCA ? How much does such an appraisal typically run (price range ok...) ?
