According to Sturgess, magazines made prior to 1912 had follower slots 99.2mm long. This was lengthened by a millimeter in 1912 to 100.2mm. I actually went to the trouble of checking this out (you know, "trust, but verify") with a few Navy mags I own, and, as usual, the good Doctor was right. Regards, Norm
