It is a commercial luger, made in the 1920's or so, can't see the serial number or suffix
likely in 7.65mm and not 9mm luger (see if a pencil fits down the tube, if yes, then 9mm) value would be around $800-$1100 - commercials, even in very nice shape don't sell for as much Ed
