Is this a good buy? S/42 Mauser

I'm looking at buying a S/42 Mauser that's missing some parts.It would need a latch,sideplate and firing pin and possibly a trigger.

It has a great bore and maybe 60% blueing left and also a Swiss mag.

I can get it for 350.00 or less..? What would be a good parts source and how much to get it in running condition?

Sorry for all the questions but I know ya'll have the experience.
