Question about the German Egun auction sight.

Looks like egun being German version of gunbroker.com, and hermann-historica.com being German version of Rock Island Auction.

Luger price was a little bit lower there occasionally. Never acquired anything overseas, but two questions: (1) Is the gun deactivated? (2) Assume (1) is no, then how to avoid a new stamp adding to it when importing?

..... considering importing fee..... unless it's a very rare one and it's very cheap, importing will be more expansive.
