help identifying.....noob

Hey guys im new to this forum and this is my first post so bear w/ me. i was helping my mom the other day and we stumbled upon this gun in some of my grandfathers stuff. i know its a luger, and i know its chambered in 9mm, but thats about all i know. if you guys could help me get and idea of when this pistol was made and mabey what its worth that would be great!! thanks for your help.
