Default Selling antique C96 -logistics

I've kicked around the idea if selling one of my Conehammers. Various reasons but not germane to the question at hand.

The question is have any of you folks who are not any level FFL
had any difficulties in selling an antique Broomhandle? Cones and many transitional large rings even though officially classified as antiques by the ATF worry me somewhat. Some overzealous bureaucrat not understanding the subtleties of the type might just cause grief. I thought about listing the piece with the caveat of only shipping to an FFL. What say you?

Please don't misconstrue this as a feeler for a sale. I'm looking for opinions.

To satisfy the curious the piece I'm considering selling is a mid 3k serial with about 75-80+% original blue - freckled and little straw. All parts match except the hammer Some of the nitre blued parts remain spectacular as in the case of the extractor.
The grips are very good with only a ding on the left lower grip. The bore is virtually gone and has a slight ring just forward of the chamber mostly visible on the right but one must look very closely. Some clever metal rolling on a mandrel and a reline and someone would have a great period piece. The function of the action is velvety smooth like all Conehammers.

Thanks for reading.

Jerry
