pull strap knot under or below holster flap

'Seen differing holsters some with the draw strap knot hidden under the flap, with a bulge in the flap, and others with the strap extended lower so the knot is visible and below the flap. with the Luger in the holster and the strap in its natural place, which way is the authentic or standard look ?
