Hi,
Apart from Steinar's good suggestions, Also have a look at the small spring underneath the extractor (extractor is thingie on top, ejector is thingie on side). It may be a case of the round getting stuck under the extractor, making it too hard for the ejector to push it out. The ejectors don't really wear out, they just break
