I hope my Double Date that Ted is working on will operate OK when he test fires it. I have had this pistol for several years and wanted to get rid of the dip blue and make it look like it did when it was new.


One question on the Double Dates. Were all of them reworked when the property mark was added? I know mine had to be at some point becasue there was a regimental mark on the front grip strap that was removed. The reason I know this is true is there is the company and pistol number still stamped on the rear of the frame above the lanyard loop. Do you feel this rework was done at a local regimental armory?
