Default HZa = Heereszeugamt Proof

Poster on another forum provided a excellent close-up photo of what appears to be a variant of a "HZa" proof, ( Walter, Page 137 ). Noted as "HZa.JL.16" in Walter's book. This one is different, no number and the fifth letter doesn't appear to be a "L".

Can't find any reference to this in the Technical Information section? Can any one identify, or shed any information on this proof?

The original poster identifies the Luger with the above mark as being a police gun. He doesn't provide any pictures other then of the marking. Walter shows another marking "HNZa", but the first letter on this one seems to be a "H", no "N" is apparent.
