Jerry, do you have a picture of one put together? The hours you spent typing didn't seem to help.

Seriously, I can only see two ways of putting these things together and I've tried both, neither of which seems to be right.

At the moment it's tight and appears to hold it all together very well. Kind of a "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" scenerio. No offense meant to you at all...
