DWM never made this model, it is a gunsmith special. Also note the British Nitro Proof on the frame and receiver. I don't know what the current Euro exchange rate is, but this seems quite a bit overpriced.

Not meaning to be difficult, but if it is a home made job then why the marking, how did the BNP get on a gun for sale in Germany?

I believe this to be a product of Herr Werle ( A german custom Luger gunsmith member of this forum... he has a link on our links and resources page) ... adding the inscription would be a simple matter. Perhaps one of his earlier custom Lugers...

Guns get sold and traded in Europe all the time, even across borders.
