If the victim of such a scam, one has several logical and prudent options; first, the broker, in this case Gunbroker.com( they are obliged to police their own business)- second, your own state or commonwealth attorney- third, the seller's state or commonwealth attorney- and last the BATF...FFL's had to be used here...think about it.

The FBI has nothing to do with this type of transaction and they are far too politicized; how many hotshot agents were recruited during the Clintons' Regime?

Use your heads, please.

Pete,

Thanks, but I already have one. I bought it from Hugh at the WOL Fest last March. Now if someone wants to me a free Luger, that would be okay.

Tracy,
What about a Luger water pistol?

Seriously though you did a very good deed <img src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" /> !

Brandon,

Thanks. This is a lesson on things to lookout for. On big ticket items, I usually avoid a seller with no rating. If I win I make sure I get a phone number. Sometimes I'll call and talk to the seller. I also prefer a seller that takes credit cards. That way if anything happens my credit card company can deal with them.

Hopefully, no one has gotten scammed by this guy.
