Post G.T.'s going to take a break for awhile!

First, I wish to say a heartfelt hello to all my forum friends and customers! Due to my recent health problems, and the stressful demands of my daytime job, + other recent events... I'm going to take an undetermined leave from the mag. bottom production, and mag. repair business! If the future improves for me in even one of the above areas, I will resume making mag. bottoms... but at this point, I don't know when that will be! I wish to take this opportunity to thank all of my loyal customers that have supported me, in the last 15 plus years... I have nothing but warm feelings and respect for the many friends I have made as a result of my mag. bottom business, and this wonderful forum.... All & everyone, who now have orders placed with me will receive their product sometime in the next three months.... This in no way, has anything to do with my interaction with this forum, and I am very much excited about next years WOL get together, and I am counting on all who can attend to be guests at my house on the Friday icebreaker!! I just need a break, so that is that! Best of luck to you all! till....later...G.T.

Gerry, you deserve a break. I have enjoyed our exchanges and hope that they will continue. My best wishes to you and Carol. I hope to meet with you again at WOL 2003, if John decides to get nominated again to arrange the details. You out there John??

I don't know how you lasted this long. It's HOT in that garage!!! Take care of yourself, you mean too much to your family and friends to do otherwise. Best wishes and God bless.

G.T., Sorry to hear you will give up something I know you enjoy. I look forward to seeing you back at it again if and when you decide to do so. I will treasure the Navy magazine bottoms you did for me all the more now! Thanks, Jerry

GT,
Even though I have never met you, I believe we have become very good friends through the exchange of e-mails. A face to face meeting was not required to know that you are a special individual. I admire your talent and will look forward to your posts on the forum. Take care.

G.T.,

If your sabbatical involves a Carribean beach, lounge chairs, and sipping iced tea, I won't be able to make it until late afternoon. So save a place for me.

Gerry,

Nobody deserves a break more than you do... your health is much more important than keeping those mag bottoms rolling off the masterpiece production line...

Get Healthy and rest... and when the time is right and the garage is replaced by an air-conditioned shop, I am sure you will return to your craft.

I will also pray for the restoration of your health my friend... I hope to see you at the WOL 2003 this time...

best regards and may God Bless you and your family...

It just occured to me that since GT is going to be taking it easy for a while, that nothing would be more relaxing than closely monitoring and sharing his vast Luger knowledge with the Lugerforum... I will be expecting to see you post a lot more frequently now GT!

Consider this advice medicinal in nature...
