I am sorry Whitehat but you lost me on your post of 04-12-2021
If people do not agree with you - that is disagreement, not hate.

The whole point of this forum was to celebrate the discovery of new historic lugers out of the woodwork. And this forum expressed only jealousy and hypocrisy. It failed.

Items have been proven at auction now to sell over 30K. Shame on the failure of the entire forum. Every expert here should apologise and accept that they never had an open mind. I feel sorry for the next guy who finds an early historic luger to appear out of the woodwork... because unless it has a document with certification from god....it will just be attacked.

Now that the first US Test Luger and its (later) found stock (by a stranger unknow to us) are proven to be authentic by experienced luger collectors at the highest level....the naysayers read like fingernail cringe on a chalkboard. They are now infamous for their lack of perspicuity

Small minds ruin public forms...because thats all they have to do...it make snarky comments from their sofa safe at home. Those who are in the real Luger arena are searching the world for the real hidden lugers....and pay 10s of thousands of dollars for the privilege to be in the real game.

The thrill of victory is sweet.
