It is worth far more than $800, the range previously specified of $1,500-$2,000 sounds reasonable.
The grips can be tested for originality, using a heated pin, I would suggest read stickies for the entire procedure. Posting pictures of the back of the grips may help in assessing them as well. Original plastic grips are more valuable than reproductions. The loading tool may have value if original, if you post detailed pictures it will help in assessing. It goes both ways here. Sometimes a new member posts photos and experts assess the piece as more, sometimes much more, than the owner expected. Regardless, you have a '41 Luger in good original condition, with two magazines from ''42 or later in at least good condition. Such assets are always something to treasure.
