Presentation pieces were almost always named. Nothing here to indicate it is a Nazi presentation piece. The engraving is not all that impressive either.

FWIK in the Nazi era they had many Walther PPK as "presentation pieces" but very few Lugers.

The engraving is not too bad. I have seen much better, and much worse also. The photos are so poorly taken, that I can't really give it a good look-see....perhaps that was intentional, can't say. That price is out of line from what I can see.....at least that is my opinion, others may disagree.
