Default Carrying the Second Amendment to a new level

Brantley Gilbert displays his new ink... As big a proponent as we all are regarding our 2nd Amendment Rights... This guy carries it to the extreme... I would think a nice poster on my wall would have been sufficient, or perhaps an album cover? But a PERMANENT sign on my back? I think not.

oh, you are so old school

I guess my 4 tattoos are too small though to say much, but my son has one on his back of an American Eagle about half that size

They are not like a wife!! You can't get rid of them through a divorse! Names are most troublesome!! I would tattoo 'Eric" so when I get old or have another stroke, It will be easier to find me pushing a shopping cart in some vacant parking lot humming some old Grateful Dead or Jerry Garcia's forever lasting guitar solo or maybe "In a gadda da vida" We survived this far!! The rest is cake!!! Eric

Eric, you are extremely correct. Check out the stylings of the work directly above the "Amendment"... At a glance, it is an amorphous design. Look closely, and you'll see it is a cover-up--trying to hide what was inked originally: "$H!TF@CE". LOL!

That mess at the top really needs to be lasered off - but the new/main section is pretty well done, albeit not perfect.

I can guarantee you that that script on the lower back hurt a LOT! BTDT...

I have gotten too old to appreciate "body art". What really gets me is the pretty young girls that have facial tattoos!! Put it on your butt or some place else....not your face.

Admittedly that big tattoo is a bit of an exaggeration...

I run with a group of Goth Tribal chicks - but I've never seen one with a facial tat. I'm with you, not so good...

Just curious, but what happens to the tatoo if he gains 50 lbs later in life?

I think it would depend on how much weight he gained. Just my guess, but if his weight increased by 50% his tattoo would likely become the 3rd Amendment; if he doubles in size it'd become the 4th, etc...

I don't know about the entire back - but the lower back is considered one of the most stable locations for a tattoo - it doesn't fluctuate much in size with weight changes.

And do we all remember the story about the man with the tattoo "T.I.N.Y."?

I don't want to judge in a hypocritical manner, on the other hand even John Basilone's tattoo said "death before dishonor" and apparently he lived by those word, still I do come to wonder why anyone would rather look like a gang member than natural person.
I really hate tattoos with all my hearth, and they surely look even worse on a woman, but as some people seem to love them so get them.
At least that enormous tattoo can relate to better than awful skulls all over.

Perhaps, after all, this is one of those things that make your Country great: the ability to do as you please and express yourself how you see fit.
