Default S&W 1917 advice needed

Hello

I'm in the market for a S&W 1917 .45 acp, looking for a U.S. property stamp and not sure of what the value of one would be. Looking for a blued finish and it doesn't have to be in excellent condition I'm planing on shooting it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Chris

Probably $300-$500 for a good shooter, depending on condition - the Smith and Wessons get a little less than the Colts.

I prefer the S&W rather than Colt, as you can see on my avatar.
By the way: I loved you avatar. Where did you get it?
