With Ralph's passing, who will take over the collection? The website is mum.

I'm assuming it will be auctioned off.

I'd guess that Curly is right...If the heirs were interested in keeping the collection, Ralph would have signed over the property to them beforehand, to ensure a trouble-free change of ownership...Same as I have; my nephew [who is also executor of my estate] already has a signed undated bill of sale of all my weapons/autos so that all he has to do is fill in the date and then register them...(He also has access to my safe, house, garage, etc)... There was a post here not long ago about a select group of Luger collectors who viewed a deceased collector's collection...presumably to appraise it... Most likely all those Lugers will disappear and never be heard of again... ![]()

I understand that Nancy has turned these decisions over to her son, who will keep some items, but most likely the majority will appear at auction in the future. TH

Ed,
Is your "yes" indicating a response to "riverranch's" question of who will take over Ralph's collection or "Postino's" remark "about a select group of Luger collectors who viewed a deceased collector's collection...presumably to appraise it."?

Ron, I think Ed meant the latter.

Doc,
I am pretty sure you are right. I just though it was a good idea to clear up the ambiguity for everyone.
