Anyone have an idea what this tool is for? The number in the center is 204.

It looks to me like an old rollerskate key. And yes, I'm old enough to recognize one of those

I had one very similar that was made for the Springfield Trapdoor 45-70 rifle?...could also be used on the Carbine and revolvers issued at that time.

I believe this tool go to your rare P-38 Toggle.

That goes with that tool. Notice that it is in the ultra rare two-tone Rust/Salt blue finish...

I sold it on eBay just last week for $200K Only two are known to exist I still have the other one

Maybe you could get one half refinished. But then again you would kill the value of it.
