I think You can get different sizes at either craft stores (Michaels) or fabric stores.

I would be careful about foam packing. The chemicals used to make some of it will cause rust. A test would be in order before I put a fine firearm alongside it.

I have been using medium density foam, cut to fit, to store my Lugers for over 10 years now. I wipe them down with a silicone cloth every once in a while and have noticed no deleterious effects.
Fred, I bought my foam at a furniture store, now out of business, that did custom upholstery. You might try your local Yellow Pages. Regards, Norm |

Thanks, All. Norme, that's about what I want to do. Now most of the foam I'm seeing is polyurethane. Is that a safe one?
And how did you cut/fit it? FN Last edited by FNorm; 01-10-2010 at 11:42 AM. Reason: add |

Hi Fred, I posted a reply to you on the other forum. It must have been all the wine I drank last night! If you can't find it, give me a call. Regards
