It's a shame to buy such a cheap shooter, then have to pay "an arm and a leg" for .30 Luger ammo. If it was 9mm, it would be more worth it.

But the price is probably going to be low enough to economiccally rebarrel it to 9mm, and with a shooter, this would be no travesty.

Even shooting is not important on it. It's a project gun for gunsmithing fun.

I saw a chain of tiny creatures on the right side of the receiver.... isn't it a 9m/m?

might be, could be a 1916 that was sent during the 1920;s as an import here.

It just might be in 9mm or have a new barrel...

I have been finding plenty of .30 for around $25 for a box of 50. These days 9mm ain't a lot cheaper.
