A friend of mine is anticipating an ugly divorce and is thinking about selling some of his 1st generation SAA Colts. All are factory lettered. He also is thinking about listing a very nice Winchester 86 in 45-70. Where might be the best place to obtain current market values and list them for sale?

Glen, Do you have any idea what your Friend will be asking for either of these? I know Ed Tinker is looking for a Colt revolver 1st gen. This may fill the bill for him....Let me know, Jerry Burney

Jerry, I'm not certain my friend even knows what he will be asking. He thinks the Factory Nickel, factory ivory 44-40 that's lettered from colt should be $2,8 to $3,2, but he wants a strong idea of what the market currently is.
He's already got Ed dangling with this 1917/20 police: http://img87.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dsc000853qi.jpg
