Default Building Shoote - Need Advice

I am getting a 1937 S/42 as a shooter and need a little advice. I expect to shoot this Luger a lot.

1. Should I replace all the springs up front?

2. Is Wolff the best choice? The kit?

3. If Wolff, best place to get them.

Thanks for your help.

Default Re:springs

WWW.gunsprings .com is the address for Wolff. You can order direct from them. Order the package that has three different strengths of mainsprings that way you can experiment to determine the best one for your gun. Firing pin springs are included in the spring packets.

I've salvaged completely useless mags with Wolfe springs. I've also found that Tom Heller, listed in the Resources section on vendors, usuallly has a good supply of Luger parts, and would presumably have leaf springs.

I use Wolfe Springs, they are reasonably good. Tom heller is a good source of parts.
