Trouble logging onto the Forum?

Just over the last couple of days prior to 2/1/14 I have been re-directed to a dead end, or simply given a flag that this site can not be accessed. Maybe down for service? Anyone else having issues, or is it just me?

The forum was inaccessible to me this morning also.
