Default Prayers for Mary

Great to hear about Thor and Natalie.
I was not going to put this on here but then decided to.
My wife Mary has had stomach pains for a few months. Several tests with no results. Three weeks ago she became really sick and we went to the emergency room. They admitted her to the hospital and the next day did some tests. They concluded she appeared to have kink in her intestines and recommended immediate surgery. Well it turned out to be a mass which they removed along with a couple feet of her large and small intestine. Test have shown the mass to be lymphoma. This week more tests to determine if it has spread. Then mid March 24 weeks of chemo. Losing a daughter in April and now this makes life difficult. But Mary and I are tough and we will get through it. Would appreciate your prayers. Thanks friends. Bill

Bill, I'm sending my best encouragement to you and Mary as you deal with this.

I have a friend that was unexpectedly found to have Hodgkins Lymphoma about 24 years ago. He was treated (surgery and radiation) and is still with us. He was a police officer, and was injured in a fight. If he hadn't been taken in for observation they would never have found it.

I hope you've found this early enough, and that the treatments are potent, effective and well focused. The tools available today are better than any time in history.

You'll remain in my thoughts.

Marc

Bill, really sorry to hear about Mary. Wishing you the best for a positive result. Chemo isn't very nice, but it does wonders.

Bill,

You had only to ask my friend. And please never hesitate to ask either here, or directly. Peggy and I send our heartfelt prayers for Mary. She will be on our prayer list from now on, and by this afternoon, her name will be on the list at my church. In prayer as in many other activities, there is strength in numbers... we've got your back!

Bill and Mary, God bless you. You folks certainly have had some very difficult issues to live through, Your Daughter, your knees and now this. You are both in our thoughts and prayers and together we can survive this also. We are with you, Vince and Astrid.

Bill,
Be sure that you and your wife are in my prayers.
I've been facing health issues in family for the last couple of years and I know how hard it can be. Be strong and supportive (as I'm sure you've always been) - she'll need you for the next months.
Douglas.

Bill:
Just saw your note and wanted to let you know how sorry I am to hear of your Mary's heath issues. It may be a long road, and chemo isn't much fun, but things will get better. You and Mary are in my prayers.
