1940 Banner Police

Looking at a 1940 Banner police,E/L, all matching,one matching mag. The sideplate and left side of the frame are mottled from being stored in a holster. No pitting. This is a local gunshow item. Will look again tomarrow. Any idea on a ballpark value? I think they are asking $1100. Thanks for any help on short notice. Bill

Bill, Sounds like a bargain, especially with the matched mag..if correct and you can live with the motteling...come with a holster? Jerry Burney

Thank you for the promt reply . Will look at it again in the AM.. Sold a few guns and just must reinvest. No holster, but I have a couple 1940 holsters. Bill

As normal the gun was sold. The owner said the barrel had been replaced so would not have bought it anyway. Thanks for the promt help,what a forum. Bill
