Greetings!
Can anyone identify the inspection/acceptance stamp identified in the following image. It is a representation of the original on the inside left of the trigger sideplate of a byf 42 P.08. I acknowledge that the impression may not be a complete one since it is possible the center portion of the image may be missing in the stamping process. That is a really tough mark to make out. I can't see where it could (in my imagination) be a letter or a number. Rotated 90 degrees CCW it could be a Manchurian smiley face (just kidding, of course). This is one for the 'experts'.
