Pete, I use a book search service and found 11 of them ranging from $44 to $75. If anyone wants to bid on it don't go hog wild as buying one outright might be cheaper.

You are right...I found one, used in vg condition, for $ 25 a few months back...

Actually I think Jan still has some of those for sale at their original price, I bought one from him by mail late last year and iirc he had some on his table at the last Reno show.
