The casing looks fine, but the loading handle is missing. In other words, it is 'de-activated'

Albert!... please look again.
This snail drum is a reproduction that has parts missing, it is not genuine. It has a slot on the right side of the mag tube, and a magazine button. Real TM-08 drums are not slotted, but simply have a hole on the right top side of the tube to catch the spring loaded plunger that keeps the follower from escaping. This photo shows a genuine (and functional) snaildrum photo inset on part of the auction photo that compares the two...the genuine drum has no slot or follower button... ![]() I think the "buy it now" price is a little steep for a reproduction with irreplaceable parts missing. I have emailed the seller to advise him of what he is really selling.
