I reassembled my 1915 DWM and cannot get the trigger to release the firing pin. If I remove the side plate and manually depress the sear bar the firing pin will fire. Putting everything back together and it will not work. I can see the trigger bar moving the sear on it's axis but it doesn't seem to move it enough to release the pin. Am I doing something wrong when I assemble it? Is there an adjustment? I need help.
Thank you, Craig

Craig, I'd make sure that the sideplate is properly located in the frame groove to the rear of the sideplate first. If that doesn't cure the problem, then check the spring tention of the disconnector (plunger in the trigger bar). This is what pushes the diconnector under the trigger lever in the sideplate to make contact. Finally, you may have the increase the angle of at the top of the trigger lever, to allow the disconnector to push it out of the way when the trigger is released after each shot. TH
