Old Military Luger
I have an old Luger 9mm pistol that has passed down thru the family. It was told to us several years ago that the pistol was once owned by a well known Russian Political figure. Do you know if there is any way to verify something like this thru the serial number. If so, do you do this type research or can you direct me to someone that does. Thanks.

It's extremely unlikely that you'd be able to find records of that sort, although it is possible, of course. IF the Russian politician was of sufficient importance to have archival records and personal documents being kept by an institution or historian, you may be able to request a search for the information you seek. The search could be costly, even if such records exist. |
