Default Independence Day Treat

One of my two favorite revolvers. The S&W variation of the Model 1917 is far more pleasing to the eye than the Colt.

Where did you ever find a box of the ammo in clips? I just noticed that as I was going back through your great photos

Heinz, I picked it up at one of the NAPCA gatherings in Chattanooga some years ago. Larry Eisel offers them from time to time on gunbroker.com.
