How hot and how long does it take to heat blue small parts? Any good rough figures?

Bill, The time require to straw or heat blue PO8 small parts will vary widely with the mass (weight) of the part in question, So I check them every 10 minutes and pull out the ones that look done. I normally put them in the oven @450 and they must be VERY CLEAN or the finish will be splotchy.

Good advise! Plus the fact that they will "continue to cook" even after you remove them from the heat. That's to say they will darken a little more as they cool. Takes a little practice to get the color you want, but if it's too dark just buff it off and start again.
