In re drum magazines!!!

Drum mags seem to only associated with artillery lugers. I assume they fit all lugers. Is it illegal to attach it to any other model. Can I attach it to my carbine?? One other side note, Is it legal to fire my carbine without a stock?~~~Eric

Eric, Yes ,no, yes, yes. One caveat..depending on state and city laws. High capacity magazine and all.
