Default Tired of running into this guy!

Are there others out there also, that when you go to E-bay or do a search online even with filters using the word LUGER this guy, Lex Luger pops up all the time.
E-bay is the most frustrating with it.

Could not agree more. However, if you select a catagory such a military collectables, you will not get this Lex Luger c@&p.

Go to Google and try searching:

"Luger -Lex" without the quotes and watch what happens

Ebay will work the same way...

And you can keep it up for more of the common non-firearm Lugers, for example:

"luger -lex -peter -olympic -realty"

The minus in front of a keyword excludes it. This can, of course, exclude things you're really interested in, but it eliminates a great deal of the chaff from the wheat...

For the internet in general, download Google Chrome. It is much more specific with search criteria

Are you saying you can't stick that in a Luger? :P

It could be worse, I mentioned that I own a Luger at some local ranges or gun shops and people say 'Oh, you've got a Ruger?' :P

This is so true around my area. MP-5, Thompson, Uzi.....they are all the Uzi (and of course we all know that they are illegal and the owner is a gangbanger!)

Oh it happened a lot with me.
I learned to focus my search on Collectables > Militaria.
Lex no more.

doesnt matter that the swiss were the first to use them in the military

The German Navy were the first to use the Luger militarily.

You can add " -wrestling" to you undesireable key words... that will also eliminate some of the LEX garbage from your searches on ebay...

Hey Rich,

It is a quip but not from a film. Just my being a cheeky monkey with regard to Lex.
