I've only heard complaints about them. I never have bought from them, but I did bid once. Now I'm getting the big picture. One of the reasons they charge buyers fees is to cover the cost of advertising. I received in the mail today one of their catalogs for their upcoming auction in July, in has three hundred pages. I don't care who you are, but that's a lot pieces to sell, and a lot of catalogs to mail out.

Most auction companies distribute complimentary copies of their catalogs. They differ on the accuracy of their contents and their willingness to stand behind it.
